Turkish Eggs

How to make Turkish Eggs.

Ingredients: Serves 2

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 60 g of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of hot paprika
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Pepper


  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces, except the tomato that must be cut into slices.
  2. Place the eggs to cook in a pot with plenty of water for 8-10 minutes, then remove.
  3. Sauté the onions and green pepper, season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes over medium heat, add the tomato and lower the heat.
  4. When the eggs are ready, peel and add to the pan with the rest of the vegetables, add the grated cheese, parsley and paprika.
  5. Let cook until the cheese is gratin and ready.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
