INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
150g Tinned tuna
300g Pasta of your choice
400g Fried tomato sauce
1 Green pepper
3 Garlic cloves
1 Fish flavoured stock cube
1 Tsp dried parsley
1 Tsp sweet paprika
3 Tbsp olive oil
1: Open the tinned tuna and drain the oil or brine.
2: Finely chop the garlic, onion and green pepper.
3: Add the 3 tbsp of olive oil to a large frying pan and heat up on medium to high heat. Add the garlic, onion, green pepper and gently fry until slightly golden brown.
4: Add the tuna, parsley, sweet paprika and sprinkle in the fish flavoured stock cube. Add a pinch of salt and the fried tomato sauce. Mix all well together and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
5: Boil the pasta to your own liking, also adding salt to your own taste. When ready, drain and serve. Add the sauce over the pasta or you can add the sauce to the pot of pasta, mixing it well and then serve.
6: Enjoy… With a side salad and/or fresh rustic bread!
