Tandoori Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

How to make Tandoori Grilled Chicken Drumsticks.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 4-6

  • 1 kg chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 3 cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 2 tsp Crushed Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder

METHOD:

  1. Add the chicken drumsticks and all the other ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Combine everything well until the chicken is nicely coated.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pre-heat the oven for 15 minutes at 450°F and place the chicken drumsticks on a baking tray.
  5. Cook the drumsticks for about 45 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Rest the chicken for at least 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with coriander and lemon wedges.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
