
How to make Tandoori Grilled Chicken Drumsticks.
INGREDIENTS: Serves 4-6
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- ½ tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 3 cloves Crushed Garlic
- 2 tsp Crushed Ginger
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
METHOD:
- Add the chicken drumsticks and all the other ingredients to a bowl.
- Combine everything well until the chicken is nicely coated.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Pre-heat the oven for 15 minutes at 450°F and place the chicken drumsticks on a baking tray.
- Cook the drumsticks for about 45 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest the chicken for at least 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with coriander and lemon wedges.
- Serve and enjoy!
