INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
1 Steak fillet
1 Garlic clove
Half an onion
1 Meat gravy cube or 1 tablespoon meat gravy powder
300g Fried tomato sauce
300g Macaroni pasta
1: Cut the steak fillet in strips.
2: Finely dice the onion and garlic.
3: Cover the frying pan with olive oil.
4: Add the steak fillet, garlic, onion, a pinch of salt and gently fry until brown.
5: Add the meat gravy and stir.
6: Add the fried tomato sauce, mix it all and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
7: Heat a pot of water, add the pasta and salt to your liking and cook until done.
8: Rinse the pasta, add the steak sauce and mix together.
