Spicy Mushrooms Recipe is the ideal dish to accompany a delicious steak meal or can also be enjoyed as a tapa before your lunch. Great to eat with some crusty bread to dip in the juice and also with a glass of wine to wash it down! The amount of Cayenne peppers that I use makes it bearable to eat without it burning your mouth but if you like it milder or hotter just add less or more of them!

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

300g Mushrooms (cut into quarters)

3 Garlic cloves (sliced)

5 Cayenne peppers (crushed)

1 Tbsp Spicy paprika

Olive oil

5cl White wine

Salt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Grab a frying pan and cover the base with olive oil. Heat up on maximum and add the mushrooms, garlic, salt to your own liking and the crushed cayenne peppers.

2: Fry until the garlic and mushrooms are of a golden brown colour.

3: Add the wine and spicy paprika and continue cooking until it has reduced which means the dish is ready to serve.

4: Enjoy… With some fresh crusty bread!
