Spicy Chorizo & Beans

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

4 Chorizos

1 400g Jar of cooked white beans

1 Garlic clove

Salt

Paprika

Hot paprika

Olive oil

Water

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Finely chop the garlic clove.

2: Slice the chorizos.

3: In a casserole pot add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the garlic, the sliced chorizo and gently fry for around 5 minutes.

4: Add 1 tablespoon of paprika and 1 tablespoon of hot paprika.

5: Add the jar of beans.

6: Stir and add half a litre of water.

7: Cook for around 20 minutes or until the juice is thickish.

8: Enjoy…
