INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
1 400g Jar of cooked white beans
3 Garlic cloves
4 Dried Cayenne peppers
1: Finely chop the garlic cloves.
2: Slice each chorizo into 3 or 4 pieces.
3: Cut the potatoes into small cubes or slices.
4: Cover the base of a cooking pot with olive oil.
5: Add the garlic, the chorizo and gently fry for 5 minutes.
6: Add 1 tbsp of sweet paprika, 1 tbsp of spicy paprika, crush the cayenne peppers and add them too, add the potatoes, salt to your own taste, add the water and stir.
7: Cover with a lid and boil on medium to high heat for 30 minutes, then add the jar of beans and continue cooking on medium heat for a further 10 minutes.
8: Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
9: Enjoy… With some fresh crusty bread!
