INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
300g Fried tomato sauce
250g Mixed seafood
1 Garlic clove
1 Fish gravy cube or 1 Tbsp fish gravy powder
1: Finely chop the garlic.
2: In a frying pan on medium heat with 3 tbsp olive oil add the garlic and seafood and gently fry for 5 minutes.
3: Turn the heat to low and sprinkle the fish gravy cube or powder, add a sprinkle of paprika, a pinch of salt and black pepper and the fried tomato sauce. Add half a teaspoon of sugar to take the acidity away from the tomato sauce.
4: Let it cook slowly for 10 minutes.
5: Cook the pasta, salted to your own liking until done and drain.
6: Add the contents of the frying pan to the pasta and mix it all well together.
7: Enjoy… With a side salad and crusty bread.
