Spaghetti With Pork Chunks

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

400g Fresh pork with bone chopped in cubes

300g Fried tomato sauce

300g Spaghetti

1 Onion

1 Pepper

3 Garlic cloves

Olive oil

1 Meat flavoured stock cube

Paprika in powder





1: Cover the base of a frying pan with oil and heat up.

2: Add the pork and gently fry until golden brown.

3: Finely chop the garlic and also chop the pepper in strips and add to the frying pan. Continue frying for 5 minutes.

4: Add a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of paprika, the meat flavoured stock cube and the fried tomato sauce.

5: Stir well and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

6: Boil the spaghetti, drain and serve, add the sauce on top.

7: Enjoy… with sprinkled cheese on top, a salad or some rustic crusty bread.
