INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
400g Minced beef
400g Fried tomato sauce
3 Garlic cloves
1 Ripe tomato
1 Green pepper
10cl White wine
1 Meat flavoured stock cube
1: Finely chop the garlic, onion, green pepper and the tomato.
2: Cover the base of a large frying pan with olive oil and turn the heat to medium – high.
3: Add the minced beef and fry until all the redness has gone, then add the chopped vegetables and continue frying for 15 minutes.
4: Crumble up the stock cube and add it to the frying pan, also add some salt to your own liking, add 1 tsp of sweet paprika and another of dried parsley. Add the fried tomato sauce and the white wine.
5: Cook on low to medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring it occasionally.
6: In a large cooking pot add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and fill about half with water. Bring to the boil and add the spaghetti, also add a pinch of salt. Cook until the spaghetti is to your own liking.
7: Drain the spaghetti and put it back in the cooking pot. Sprinkle some olive oil over it and stir. Serve and add the mince sauce over it. Or you can add all the mince sauce directly into the spaghetti and mix in well together.
8: Enjoy… With some cheese sprinkled on top and a side salad.
