Spaghetti With Meatballs

A quick and simple but very tasty pasta dish for everyone to enjoy. For those who don´t have the time to make their own homemade meatballs, you can buy them from any local supermarket either fresh or frozen. If you have the time to make your own, then my recipe for them can be found here.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

6 Meatballs

300g Spaghetti

½ Onion

2 Garlic cloves

½ Glass of white wine

Olive oil

400g Jar of fried tomato sauce

1 Tsp Sweet paprika

½ Tsp Dried parsley

Salt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Finely chop the onion and garlic.

2: Place a frying pan on the stove, cover the base with olive oil and heat up. Add the meatballs, the chopped up onion and garlic and fry until golden brown.

3: Add salt to your own liking, the parsley and paprika, the fried tomato sauce, the wine and boil for 20 minutes on medium heat.

4: Cook the spaghetti to your own liking, drain and serve. Add the meatballs and sauce over the spaghetti or if you prefer, add all the meatballs and sauce in the pot with the spaghetti and mix all well before serving.

5: Enjoy… With some grated cheese over the top and some fresh bread!
