Smokey Chick Peas

How to make Smokey Chick Peas.

Ingredients: Serves 4

  • 400g can/jar chick peas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 level tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 level tsp sea salt

Method:

  1. Dry the chickpeas on kitchen paper.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  3. Add the chickpeas and fry them, stirring occasionally, until crispy and browned, for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Drain them on kitchen paper, then transfer to a bowl and season with the paprika and salt, mixing well.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
