How to make Smokey Chick Peas.
Ingredients: Serves 4
- 400g can/jar chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 1 level tsp smoked paprika
- 1 level tsp sea salt
- Dry the chickpeas on kitchen paper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Add the chickpeas and fry them, stirring occasionally, until crispy and browned, for about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain them on kitchen paper, then transfer to a bowl and season with the paprika and salt, mixing well.
- Serve and enjoy!
