Singapore Style Chicken Noodle Soup

How to make a Singapore Style Chicken Noodle Soup.

Ingredients: Serves 4

  • 440g singapore style fresh noodles
  • 400g leftover roast chicken meat, chopped
  • 2 carrots, trimmed, peeled and diced
  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 2 celery sticks, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbs parsley (to garnish)


  1. Heat oil in a large deep saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic and cook for 8 minutes or until tender.
  3. Add stock and 3 cups of water.
  4. Stir until well combined and mixture comes to the boil.
  5. Add chicken and noodles.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Ladle into bowls, top with parsley and serve.
