Sauteed Mushrooms & Serrano Ham

How to make Sauteed Mushrooms and Serrano Ham.


  • 1/4kg of mushrooms
  • 100g Serrano ham
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • white wine
  • salt
  • parsley


  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  2. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  3. Cut the ham into cubes.
  4. Peel and chop the garlic.
  5. In a frying pan with a little olive oil, brown the garlic, add the mushrooms and fry them until they have released their juice.
  6. Add the ham and pour in the wine, which we let evaporate for a few moments.
  7. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and cook for a couple more minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from the heat and serve, either as a side dish, or accompanied with white rice.
