Sausages With Mushrooms Recipe is a quick to make dish which is ideal for serving over a bed of white rice or boiled potatoes.
INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
8 Thin sausages
200g Button mushrooms (cut in halves)
1 Small onion (finely diced)
3 Garlic cloves (sliced)
½ Tsp Sweet paprika
10cl White wine
1: Cover the base of a deep frying pan with olive oil and heat up.
2: Add the sausages, garlic, onion and mushrooms. Stir fry for around 5 minutes.
3: Add the sweet paprika and salt to your own liking. Also add the wine and water.
4: Leave to cook on medium to high heat until you are left with a thick sauce, roughly 15 minutes.
