INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
8 Fresh sausages
Half an onion
1 Garlic clove
1 Gravy cube or powder
1 Handful of peas
1 Glass of white wine
1 Glass of water
3 Large potatoes or half a kg
1: Add olive oil to the frying pan and gently fry the sausages until slightly brown.
2: Finely chop the garlic and onion.
3: Add the chopped garlic and onion and continue frying for another 5 minutes or until they are brown too.
4: Sprinkle the gravy cube or powder, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of paprika, add the white wine, water and a handful of peas.
5: Let it cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until the wine and water has been reduced and is slightly thickish.
6: Slice the potatoes and boil in a seperate pot adding salt to your taste.
