Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

How to make Roasted Cherry Tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 2

  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • sea salt

METHOD:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
  2. Put the tomatoes in a heatproof dish.
  3. Add the olive oil and roll around until they are well coated.
  4. Sprinkle over the sea salt and add the balsamic vinegar.
  5. Place in the middle of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
