Roast Chicken Legs Recipe.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

4 Chicken Legs

2 Large potatoes (cut into 1cm slices)

3 Garlic cloves (sliced)

1 Tbsp Chicken seasoning

½ Tsp Dried parsley

10cl White wine

10cl Water

1 Tsp Salt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Grab an oven dish and cover the base with the sliced potatoes.

2: Place the chicken legs on top of the potatoes.

3: Grab a small cooking pot and add the sliced up garlic, parsley, chicken seasoning, salt, wine and water. Stir well, bring to the boil and then pour evenly over the chicken and potatoes.

4: Place in the oven at 200c and leave to cook for approximately 2 hours.
