INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

2 Chicken quarters

Half a Kg potatoes

2 Glasses of white wine

1 Garlic clove

Black pepper

Optional: 1 Carrot & 1 Green pepper

Salt

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Place the chicken in an oven dish, pour the white wine over it, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and cook in the oven at 200c for 45 minutes.

2: Cut the potatoes, add a pinch of salt and boil in water for 20 minutes.

3: Add the potatoes and garlic clove cut in slices to the oven dish and put back in the oven for 45 minutes at 225c. Here you can also add the carrot and green pepper (optional).
