Rice With Prawns

How to make Rice With Prawns.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

300g Frozen Prawns

200g Long grain rice

50g Frozen peas

1 Red pepper (finely chopped)

2 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1 Fish flavoured stock cube (crumbled)

1 Tsp Yellow food colourant

Olive oil


70cl Water


1: Cover the base of a 30cm frying pan with olive oil. Add the garlic and gently fry until golden brown.

2: Add the stock cube, salt to your own liking and yellow food colourant. Stir well.

3: Add the prawns, peas, pepper and water. Bring to the boil and then add the rice.

4: Cook on medium to high heat until the water has evaporated. When ready leave 5 minutes to rest before serving.
