Pork Pasta Casserole Recipe.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

300g Pork pieces

250g Pasta of your choice

3 Tbsp Fried tomato sauce

1 Meat flavoured stock cube

1 Tsp Sweet paprika

2 Tbsp Olive oil

2 Bay leaves

1 Tsp Salt

1 Litre Water

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Grab a cooking pot and add the olive oil, salt, sweet paprika, stock cube, bay leaves, fried tomato sauce and the pork.

2: Add the water and bring to the boil. Then turn the heat down to medium, cover with the lid and leave to gently boil for 45 minutes.

3: Add the pasta. turn the heat up to medium – high and boil until the pasta is cooked to your liking.

4: Leave aside for 5 minutes to rest before serving.
