Pork Loin With Noodles

Pork Loin With Noodles is a quick 30 minute recipe which makes a great lunch accompanied with a side salad.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

5 Pork loin filets

250g Chopped noodles

50g Peas

1 Green pepper

1 Onion

2 Garlic cloves

Olive oil

1 Meat flavoured stock cube

Yellow food colourant

Salt

Water

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Cut the pork into small pieces.

2: Finely chop the garlic, pepper and onion.

3: Grab a 30cm deep frying pan and cover the base with olive oil. Heat up and add the pork, pepper, onion and garlic. Gently fry for 5 minutes on medium to high heat.

4: Add 1 tsp of yellow food colourant, crumble in the stock cube, add salt to your own liking, add the peas and stir well. Fill the pan with water leaving about 1 cm at the top. Now add the noodles and leave to gently cook on medium to high heat until the water has evaporated. Leave to rest for a couple of minutes before serving. For decoration your can add some sliced red peppers in brine on top!
