Pork Loin In Sauce is an easy to make casserole type of dish that is great with potatoes or rice. Like many of my other types of casseroles, this can also be conserved in the fridge for a couple of days, then taken out and reheated either gently on the stove or in a microwave to make a quick and tasty evening meal.
INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
6 Pork loin filets
2 Garlic cloves
1 Red pepper
10cl White wine
1: Cut the garlic into fine slices and cut the pepper into long strips.
2: Grab a deep frying pan to cook it all in and add two tablespoons of olive oil. Heat up and add the sliced garlic and pork filets. Fry until golden brown. When done remove from heat.
3: Grab a small cooking pan and add the soup contents. Add the water and bring to the boil. Then pour into the frying pan that has the pork loin, add salt to your own taste, sprinkle some sweet paprika and the wine. Throw in the slices of peppers and leave to cook on medium to high heat for around 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened up. If you want to thicken up the juice even more then just add a small amount of flour and stir until you get the texture that you like.
