A very tasty and filling broth to keep you warm on a cold winter´s day!
National homemade soup day is on the 4th of February!
INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)
6 Pork loin filets
400g Jar of chick peas
100g Fine noodles
4 Small potatoes
3 Garlic cloves
1 Meat flavoured stock cube
Yellow food colourant
1: Cut the pork loin into small pieces and finely chop the garlic.
2: Grab a cooking pot and cover the base with olive oil. Heat up and add the pork loin and garlic. Gently fry until slightly brown all over.
3: Add the stock cube by crumbling it in, add salt to your own liking, add 1 tsp of yellow food colourant, add the whole potatoes and the water. Stir well and boil for 30 minutes.
4: Add the chick peas and continue to boil for another 10 minutes.
5: Add the noodles and continue to boil for 5 more minutes, then turn off the heat and leave the cooking pot on it.
6: Leave for 15 minutes over the turned off heat then serve.
7: Enjoy… Ideal with crusty rustic bread to dip in!
