Pork Kebabs

How to make Pork Kebabs.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 bay leaf, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 tsp sea salt

Preparation:

STEP 1; Blend all of the ingredients except the pork cubes in a glass bowl. Add the pork and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.

STEP 2: Add the pork cubes to skewers. Grill over hot charcoal, basting with the marinade. After about 5 minutes, flip the kebabs.

STEP 3: Serve as a tapa with a glass of wine, or as a main course with grilled vegetables and rice.
