INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
3 Garlic cloves
25cl White wine
2 Bay leaves
1: Grab a cooking pot, cover the base with olive oil and heat up.
2: Add the pork cut in small pieces and fry until golden brown.
3: Add the chorizos and the garlic which you previously cut into thin slices.
4: Add salt to your own liking, add the bay leaves, wine and water. Stir well, cover with a lid and cook on medium to high heat for 30 minutes.
5: Cut the potatoes into small cubes and deep fry until golden brown. Drain any excess oil using kitchen paper towels, sprinkle some salt all over them and add them to the pot with the pork and chorizos. Stir well, mixing the potatoes with the juice and leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
