Pickled Radishes

How to make Pickled Radishes.


  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 180 ml white wine vinegar
  • 180 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon peppercorns


  1. Wash the radishes and cut them into slices or cubes.
  2. Put them in the glasses.
  3. Bring the water and the wine vinegar to a boil.
  4. Then add the spices.
  5. Let it boil for a few minutes.
  6. Pour the brine over the radishes.
  7. Now give it the time to cool down and then you can keep it in your refrigerator for a few weeks.
