Pasta Shells With Seafood

A very simple pasta and seafood dish to make, great in taste and taking no more than 45 minutes from start to finish.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

500g Mixed seafood

300g Pasta shells

1 Green pepper

1 Onion

3 Garlic cloves

1 Fish flavoured stock cube

Olive oil

Yellow food colourant


100cl Water




1: Finely chop the garlic, onion and green pepper.

2: Place a cooking pot on the stove, cover the base with olive oil and heat up.

3: Add the chopped up vegetables and gently fry until they are golden brown.

4: Add the seafood, the yellow food colourant and sprinkle in the stock cube. Add salt to your own liking and mix well.

5: Add the water, cover with the lid and leave to cook on medium to high heat for around 30 minutes. When ready leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

6: Enjoy… With some fresh crusty bread to dip in the juice!
