
How to make Pan Grilled Cuttlefish.
INGREDIENTS: Serves 2
- 1 Whole Cuttlefish, Cleaned
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Spanish Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 Lemon
- Fresh Parsley
- Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Using a mortar & pestle add 1 clove of minced garlic and pound into a paste
- Add a generous pinch of fresh parsley and some sea salt to the garlic and pound it all together
- Once well mixed, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin Spanish olive oil and mix it with the garlic and parsley
- Cut the cuttlefish into 1/4 inch squares
- Grab a frying pan, heat with a medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Once the oil gets hot, add the cuttlefish to the pan and stir
- After about 2 minutes, add the garlic and parsley sauce to the pan and mix together with the cuttlefish
- After cooking the cuttlefish for about 4 minutes, turn your fire off and transfer the cuttlefish to a plate
- Lightly sprinkle with some sea salt
- Squeeze some fresh lemon on top
- Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley
- Enjoy!
