Oven Baked Cheesecake is one of the most common desserts worldwide and on here I will show you how they make it in Spain. This is a very simple to follow recipe and the measurements are based on the size of a small 125g yoghurt pot.
INGREDIENTS: (for 6 – 8 people)
1 Natural yoghurt
200ml Liquid cream
200g Philadelphia cheese
1: Prepare a large bowl to mix the contents in.
2: Pre-heat the oven to 180 – 200 degrees centigrade.
3: Add all the above ingredients to the bowl and thoroughly mix well with an electric mixer.
4: Grab an oven proof deep baking dish and wipe all over the inside with butter so that the cake will not stick.
5: Pour the contents of the bowl into the oven dish and place in the oven for 50 minutes. When ready, take out of the oven and let it cool down. Then place it in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
