ORANGE STUFFED OLIVES

How to make Orange Stuffed Olives.

SERVES: 2 PEOPLE

Ingredients:

150 g Gordal olives – pitted

1 Orange

1 tsp Fresh thyme

1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp Sea salt flakes

METHOD:

  1. Wash the orange, peel it and remove the segments free from membranes.
  2. Stuff each olive with bits of orange segments. As much as they can take in.
  3. Season with some salt flakes.
  4. Sprinkle some thyme leaves.
  5. Drizzle generously with some extra virgin olive oil.
