Mussels with Chorizo & White Wine

How to make Mussels with Chorizo and White Wine.


  • 1 small onion, chopped into 1/4” pieces
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped into 1/4” pieces
  • 1 tbsp garlic, diced
  • 4oz chorizo, sliced
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 3 cups fresh mussels, cleaned and de-bearded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Chopped parsley for garnishing


STEP 1: Sauté onion, peppers, chorizo, garlic, and rosemary sprig in in olive oil for a few minutes on medium heat.

STEP 2:Add mussels and wine, mixing with the other ingredients. Cover and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.

STEP 3:Garnish with parsley and serve with bread for sopping up the juices.
