Mushrooms on Toast

How to make Mushrooms on Toast.

Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 75g mixed mushrooms
  • butter
  • sprigs of thyme
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • 3 slices of French country bread

Method:

  1. Grab a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and heat it up.
  2. Add the mushrooms and gently fry them, add seasoning and some sprigs of thyme.
  3. Serve by laying the mushrooms over toasted French country bread.
