Meatballs With Rice

Here is a simple and quick to make rice recipe that takes around 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

8 Small meatballs (fresh or frozen)

300g White rice

3 Garlic cloves

1 Leek

1 Glass of white wine

1 Tsp sweet paprika

400g Fried tomato sauce

Olive oil

Salt

10cl Water

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Slice up the leek and garlic.

2: Grab a deep frying pan and add 5 Tbsp of olive oil. Heat up and add the meatballs, garlic and leek. Gently fry until the meatballs are golden brown.

3: Add the sweet paprika, the fried tomato sauce, the wine, salt to your own liking and the water. Bring to the boil on maximum heat, then turn down to medium and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

4: Cook the rice, drain and serve, then add the meatballs and sauce over the rice.
