INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

8 Meatballs

300g White rice

50g Peas

Olive oil

1 Onion

3 Garlic cloves




1 Meat flavoured stock cube

1 Glass of white wine

1 Glass of water




1: Cover the base of a frying pan with olive oil and heat up on medium to high.

2: Add the meatballs and fry until the pinkness has gone.

3: Add the finely chopped up garlic and onion and continue frying for 5 minutes.

4: Cut the stock cube in small pieces and add it to the meatballs, also add a sprinkle of salt, parsley and paprika.

5: Add the wine and water. Stir well and leave to cook for around 20 minutes on medium heat or until the juice has evaporated to about half it´s original size.

6: Boil the rice and drain. Serve!
