INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

8 Meatballs (frozen or fresh)

300g Noodles

2 Garlic cloves

1 Small green pepper

1 Small onion

100g Frozen peas

Yellow food colourant

Olive oil

1 Meat flavoured stock cube






1: Finely dice the green pepper, onion and garlic.

2: Cover the base of a 30cm frying pan with olive oil and gently fry the above vegetables for 5 minutes.

3: Deep fry the meatballs until they are golden brown.

4: Add the meatballs to the frying pan. Add salt to your own taste, 1 tsp of yellow food colourant, the stock cube crumbled up and the peas.

5: Add 1 litre of water and bring to the boil.

6: Add the noodles and carry on boiling until at least ¾ of the water has evaporated. Remove from the stove and leave for 5 minutes before serving.
