INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

6 Meatballs

1 Garlic clove

1 Small onion

50g Peas

2 Large potatoes

1 Cube of meat gravy

1 Glass of white wine

1 Glass of water

Olive oil

Salt

Saffron or yellow food colouring

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Cover a casserole pot with oil, add the meatballs and gently fry until golden brown.

2: Add the finely chopped garlic and onion.

3: Add the peas, the gravy cube, pinch of salt, glass of wine, glass of water, a pinch of saffron or yellow food colouring. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.

4: Cut the potatoes in cubes and fry until golden brown.

5: Add the fried potatoes to the casserole, a pinch of salt, stir well, cover with lid and leave aside for 5 minutes to let the potatoes soak in the sauce before serving.
