How to make a Keto Blueberry Smoothie.

Ingredients: Serves 2

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice, optional

Instructions:

  1. In a high speed blender, add all your ingredients and blend until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
