
How to make Honey and Garlic Asparagus.
Ingredients: Serves 4-6
- 2 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter.
- Add the asparagus and cook, stirring constantly, over high heat until slightly blistered, for about 2-3 minutes.
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the asparagus.
- Continue cooking and stirring until the spears are coated and the sauce starts to evaporate slightly, for about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
