Honey & Garlic Asparagus

How to make Honey and Garlic Asparagus.

Ingredients: Serves 4-6

  • 2 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste


  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter.
  2. Add the asparagus and cook, stirring constantly, over high heat until slightly blistered, for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over the asparagus.
  5. Continue cooking and stirring until the spears are coated and the sauce starts to evaporate slightly, for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
