  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Olive oil


  1. Wash the tomatoes and herbs well, scald the tomatoes.
  2. The entire process of blanching the tomatoes will take two minutes and then you can peel them.
  3. Finely chop the onion, garlic also the herbs.
  4. Take the tomatoes and chop them.
  5. Now place a pan with a little olive oil, add the garlic and onion, let them brown for a few minutes.
  6. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  7. Add the tomato and stir, add a glass of water, the chopped herbs and season.
  8. Leave over medium heat for half an hour, check the preparation every 5 minutes, stir to prevent it from burning.
  9. Let it cool.
  10. If you want your fried tomato sauce to have a smooth texture you can process it with a blender.
