INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)
1 Buitoni quiche pastry
150g Grated cheese
1 Small onion
2 Tbsp olive oil
1: Spread the pastry over a baking dish and with a fork make several holes in the base.
2: Put in the oven at 160c for 15 minutes, no pre-heating is required.
3: Finely dice the onion and cut the ham into small pieces. Grab a frying pan, add the olive oil and gently fry the onion for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the ham. Mix well and leave aside.
4: Grab a bowl and add the eggs, beat them well and then add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Add the milk and continue beating. Add the ham and onion. Add 100g of cheese and mix well.
5: Take out the quiche base from the oven and add the contents from the bowl to it spreading the ham evenly. Place back inside the oven, turn it up to 180c and bake for 15 minutes. Then add the 50g rest of cheese on top and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave aside for 5 minutes before serving.
6: Enjoy… Ideal with a side salad!
