INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
400g Hake (fresh or frozen)
2 Large potatoes
100g Green beans (fresh or frozen)
1 Green pepper
3 Garlic cloves
1 Small onion
1 Fish flavoured stock cube
Yellow food colourant
20cl White wine
1: Finely chop the onion, garlic and pepper.
2: Cut the potatoes in thick slices.
3: Cover the base of a cooking pot with olive oil and heat up on medium to high heat. Add the garlic, pepper and onion and fry for 5 minutes.
4: Add the potatoes. Add salt to your own liking. Add the fish flavoured stock cube and 1 tsp of yellow food colourant. Add the wine and water. Stir well and boil for 30 minutes on medium to high heat.
5: Add the hake and green beans, then continue to cook for a further 15 minutes. When done leave to one side to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
