GRILLED CHORIZO KEBABS WITH CHERRIES & FIGS

How to make Grilled Chorizo Kebabs with Cherries and Figs.

Ingredients:

  • 12oz cooking chorizo, cut into half inch circles
  • 1/2 pound of cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 pound fresh figs
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1 inch squares
  • Olive oil
  • Skewers

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1: Skewer the ingredients together, alternating between chorizo, fruit and onion. Drizzle with olive oil.

STEP 2: Cook over medium high heat on the grill for about ten minutes, rotating the skewers periodically. Serve with good bread and white wine.
