
How to make Greek Style Sausages and Peppers.
Ingredients: Serves 2
- 2 Cooked Greek sausages, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 4 large bell peppers, seeds removed and chopped
- 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 5 tablespoons Greek olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Greek oregano
Method:
- Add the olive oil to a skillet and heat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the peppers and saute for 5 minutes, or until they become soft.
- Add the garlic and sausages and saute for another minute.
- Stir in the tomatoes and oregano and set the heat to low.
- Simmer for about five minutes and serve.
