Greek Style Sausages & Peppers

How to make Greek Style Sausages and Peppers.

Ingredients: Serves 2

  • 2 Cooked Greek sausages, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 4 large bell peppers, seeds removed and chopped
  • 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 5 tablespoons Greek olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Greek oregano

Method:

  1. Add the olive oil to a skillet and heat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the peppers and saute for 5 minutes, or until they become soft.
  3. Add the garlic and sausages and saute for another minute.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes and oregano and set the heat to low.
  5. Simmer for about five minutes and serve.
