
How to make a Gingerbread Spice Smoothie.
INGREDIENTS: Serves 1
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 Tablespoon tahini
- 1 Tablespoon molasses
- 1–3 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1” piece of fresh ginger
- 1 cup cashew milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend cauliflower, tahini, molasses, maple syrup, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and cashew milk until creamy and smoothie.
- Transfer blended smoothie to your favourite smoothie drinking jar and enjoy!
