Gingerbread Spice Smoothie

How to make a Gingerbread Spice Smoothie.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 1

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 Tablespoon tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon molasses
  • 1–3 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1” piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup cashew milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend cauliflower, tahini, molasses, maple syrup, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and cashew milk until creamy and smoothie.
  2. Transfer blended smoothie to your favourite smoothie drinking jar and enjoy!
