Drunk Roast Chicken Recipe takes 2 hours to make in the oven and is the perfect Sunday roast dinner!
INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)
33cl Can of beer
1: Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade.
2: Grab a large oven cooking dish and put the chicken in it. Sprinkle parsley and salt over it. Open a can of beer and shove it inside the chickens backside. Cover the whole dish with tin foil and place in the middle of the oven to cook for 1 hour.
3: Cut the potatoes into large cubes and boil them for 10 minutes. Also add some salt to them. Drain the water when ready.
4: Open up the oven and take out the chicken dish. Put the potatoes in it along with the whole carrots. Put back into the oven without the foil paper and cook for another 60 minutes turning the potatoes over after the first 30 minutes.
