INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
400g Fried tomato pack
1 Garlic clove
1 Green pepper
1: Cut the cod in several pieces.
2: Chop the garlic, pepper and onion to your personal liking.
3: Grab a cooking pot and cover the bottom with olive oil.
4: Add the cod, onions, pepper and garlic and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
5: Add the peas, pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, fried tomato and stir.
6: Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
7: Serve over a bed of boiled potatoes or plain white rice.
