Clam Pasta

How to make Clam Pasta.

Ingredients: Serves 2

  • 200g Spaghetti or Linguine
  • 300g Frozen clams with shells
  • 50ml White wine
  • 150ml Chicken stock
  • 50ml Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried chilli flakes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method:

  1. Half cook the pasta in a large pot of water with some salt and oil.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pot and saute the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add in the clams and chilli flakes.
  5. Drizzle in the white wine.
  6. Cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add in the half cooked pasta, stir well and add in the chicken.
  8. Simmer for a while until the pasta and clams are cooked.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Stir in the chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
