
How to make Clam Pasta.
Ingredients: Serves 2
- 200g Spaghetti or Linguine
- 300g Frozen clams with shells
- 50ml White wine
- 150ml Chicken stock
- 50ml Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, sliced
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Dried chilli flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Method:
- Half cook the pasta in a large pot of water with some salt and oil.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pot and saute the garlic until fragrant.
- Add in the clams and chilli flakes.
- Drizzle in the white wine.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the half cooked pasta, stir well and add in the chicken.
- Simmer for a while until the pasta and clams are cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
