This is an ideal dish to have as a “tapa” accompanied with a nice glass of red wine before your lunch. Don`t forget to buy some fresh crusty bread to dip in the delicious juice! This is a very simple recipe which anyone can make in less than 30 minutes!
INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
30cl White wine
2 Garlic cloves
1: Cut each chorizo into bitesize pieces.
2: Finely dice the garlic cloves.
3: Grab a small cooking pot and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Heat up and then add the garlic and the chorizo. Gently fry for 5 minutes making sure that the garlic doesn´t get burnt.
4: Sprinkle some paprika, parsley and salt. Add the wine and quickly bring to the boil by turning the heat to maximum. When it starts boiling turn the heat to medium and leave to boil for 15 minutes.
