INGREDIENTS: (for 12 portions)

350g Milk chocolate

175g Plain biscuits

75g Butter

75ml Milk

500ml Whipping cream

2 Sheets of curds

75g Sugar

400g Philadelphia cheese

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Line the base of a 20cm mold with oven paper.

2: Melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with the crushed biscuits.

3: Divide the mixture through the base of the mold and press with the back of a spoon leaving a uniform layer. Store in the refrigerator.

4: Put to heat the 400ml of cream, sugar, cheese and chocolate (240g) chopped and stirring over low heat until it melts.

5: Mix the curd with the milk. Add it and stir a few minutes until it begins to thicken slightly.

6: Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

7: Put the 100ml of whipped cream to heat and bring to a boil. Out of the fire, add the 100g of chopped chocolate and mix.

8: Remove the cake from the refrigerator and unmold it. Pour the cover over and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
